Donna L. Summers, 67, Corydon, died Thursday, Oct. 12, 2017, at Baptist Health Floyd in New Albany.
Born Dec. 20, 1949, in Corydon, she was the daughter of the late Eldon and Anna Lois Davis Kintner.
She was retired from the Heth-Washington Elementary School cafeteria, where she worked for 25 years, was formerly employed as a teller at Old Capital Bank in Corydon, was a member of First Capital Christian Church in Corydon and attended Northside Christian Church in New Albany.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Brian Summers.
Survivors include her husband of 43 years, Roy S. Summers; a son, Mark E. Summers of Corydon; a daughter, Tammy L. McCorkle (Tim) of Munfordsville, Ky.; five grandchildren, Jacob E., Tyler J. and Bryan J. Summers and Jesse and Abigail McCorkle; and a sister, Judy Hardsaw of Corydon.
Visitation: Sunday, Oct. 15, from 1 to 7 p.m., Monday, Oct. 16, from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Tuesday, Oct. 17, after 9 a.m. at Beanblossom-Cesar Funeral Home in Corydon.
Funeral: Tuesday, Oct. 17, at 11 a.m. at the funeral home with burial in Heidelberg Cemetery near Corydon.
Officiant: The Rev. Randy Kirk.
Pallbearers: Mark, Jacob and Tyler Summers, Tim and Jesse McCorkle and Melvin Rudolph.
