William T. Stepro

William Thomas (Bill) Stepro, 65, Corydon, died Thursday, Oct. 5, 2017, at Jewish Hospital in Louisville.
Born Feb. 20, 1952, in Corydon, he was the son of the late Lee Boone Stepro and Elsie Ellen Feller Stepro Bailey.
He was a retired shop foreman at the Harrison County Highway Dept., a former employee at Warrick Buick and Wayne Supply Co. in Louisville and an Army veteran who served at Fort Knox, Ky., and in Germany.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, he former Barbara J. Madden; a brother, Carlton Stepro; and a sister, Virginia Sawyer.
Survivors include a daughter, Rita S. Cates (Jody) of Floyds Knobs; two brothers, Larry Stepro (Carol) and Paul Stepro, both of Corydon; three sisters, Joyce Florence (Bill) of Louisville, Betty Crone (Jimmie) of Corydon and Nancy Stowers of Kentucky; a half sister, Delores Bailey Smith of New Albany; four grandchildren, Dwayne, Brittany, Austin and Dustin; four great-grandchildren; and his friend, Pam Fisher Newton of Corydon.
