Randy R. Cunningham


Randy R. Cunningham, 64, Corydon, died Friday, June 30, 2017, at Norton Hospital in Louisville.
Born April 20, 1953, in Corydon, he was the son of Bonnie Jean Garland Cunningham of Corydon and the late Wayne Cunningham Jr.
He was employed as a forklift driver at ICON Metal Fabricating in Corydon, a member of the UAW local No. 2289 and the United States Trotter’s Association and delivered The Courier-Journal newspapers with his wife for 29 years.
Besides his father, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Ronnie and Mike Cunningham.
Survivors in addition to his mother include his wife, the former Diana S. Taylor; a son, Brian R. Cunningham (Rose) of Marengo; two daughters, Holly L. Nine (Robert) of Corydon and Heather J. Sloan (Mike) of Louisville; four grandchildren, Alex Cline, Emma Cunningham, Caitlin Sloan and Ella Cunningham; a brother, Jerry Cunningham (Nancy) of Texas; and two sisters, Sandy Mann of Corydon and Marcia Smith of Louisville.
Visitation: Sunday, July 2, from 1 to 8 p.m. and Monday, July 3, after 10 a.m. at Beanblossom-Cesar Funeral Home in Corydon.
Funeral: Monday, July 3, at 2 p.m. at the funeral home with burial in Cedar Hill Cemetery in Corydon.
Officiant: Pastor Donnie Whitlow.
Pallbearers: Brian and Jerry Cunningham, Mike Sloan, Alex Cline, Jon Saulman and Larry Minton.
