Jerry Lee Conrad, 70, Corydon, died Thursday, June 29, 2017, at the Robley Rex V.A. Medical Center in Louisville.
Born Dec. 9, 1946, in Corydon, he was the son of the late Charles W. and Edith Faith Conrad.
He was formerly employed at Harbeson Brothers Paving Co. in Corydon, a retired construction worker, a member of the VFW in New Albany and was an Army veteran of the Vietnam War, where he was awarded the Purple Heart medal.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers, Charles (Charlie), William (Bill) and James (Jim) Conrad.
Survivors include his nephews and nieces, David Conrad, Ricky Conrad, Dawn Matlock, Patty Fessel, Loretta Powers and Donald Conrad, all of Corydon.
Visitation: Thursday, July 6, from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. at Beanblossom-Cesar Funeral home in Corydon.
Graveside service: Friday, July 7, at 10 a.m. at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery in Radcliff.
