Ronald Lynn (Ronnie) Summers, 50, Laconia, died Friday, April 14, 2017, at Baptist Health Louisville.
Born July 30, 1966, in Corydon, he was a self-employed carpenter and farmer, was formerly employed at Keller Manufacturing Co. in Corydon and Norstam Veneers near Mauckport, was a member of FFA, 4-H and the Union Chapel Christian Church near Laconia and active in the Flea Market in Mauckport.
Survivors include a daughter, Megan E. Summers of Mauckport; a stepson, Dalton Day of Elizabeth; his mother, Shirley Miller Williamson of Laconia; his father and stepmother, Ronald M. and Agnes Summers of Elizabeth; two sisters, Tammy Collard of Laconia and Regina Reas of Corydon; two half sisters, Deanna Behr and Brenda Smith, both of Elizabeth; a half brother, Ron Summers of Elizabeth; and a grandson, Carson Reed Summers.
Visitation: Thursday, April 20, from 2 to 8 p.m. and Friday, April 21, after 9 a.m. at Beanblossom-Cesar Funeral Home in Corydon.
Funeral: Friday, April 21, at 2 p.m. at the funeral home with burial in Otterbein Cemetery near Laconia.
Officiant: Pastor Sharon Kutz-Mellem.
Pallbearers: Dalton Day, Steve Graff, Andrew Edge, Scott Phipps, Bradley Wiseman, Ronald Knear and Jeff Wolfe.
Honorary pallbearers: Steve Miller and Roger Reed.
