Jeanne Marie Van Bree, 74, Georgetown, died suddenly Monday evening, March 6, 2017.
Born Feb. 18, 1943, in Chicago, she was the daughter of the late Thomas and Dorothy Clarke and adopted by George and Ethel Miller. She married Frank Van Bree Jr. in 1961.
She was a music director for St. Mary of New Albany, sang in the Latin choir at St. Martin of Tours in Louisville and attended St. Michael Catholic Church in Bradford.
Besides her parents and adopted parents, she was preceded in death by two siblings, Janet Rogers (Skip) and Judy Logan, and two grandchildren, April and Joel Van Bree.
Survivors include three siblings, Tom Clark (Cathy), Jacque Maxwell (Bill) and John Bullock (Deb); a brother-in-law, Keith Logan; 10 children, Frank Van Bree (Regina), Mike Van Bree, Bill Van Bree, Barb Rainbolt (Chris), Anne Cristiani (Dan), Julie Book (Bob), Mary Groher (Greg), Michelle Harkness (Doug), Joe Van Bree (Candice) and Ken Van Bree (Andrea); 38 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Visitation: Friday, March 10, from 2 to 8 p.m. at Love Funeral Home in Palmyra and Saturday, March 11, after 9 a.m. at St. Michael Catholic Church in Bradford.
Funeral: Saturday, March 11, at 11 a.m. at the church with burial in St. Michael Cemetery in Bradford.
