Charlotte A. Rinker

Charlotte A. Wells Rinker, 73, Milltown, died Monday, Dec. 26, 2016, at Kindred Transitional Care & Rehabilitation Center ‘ Harrison in Corydon.
Born Nov. 2, 1943, in Hardinsburg, she was the daughter of the late James Elmo and Rosa May Hall Wells.
She was a retired certified nursing assistant, having worked at Indian Creek and Todd-Dickey Nursing and Rehab centers, and a member of Hardinsburg Christian Church.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her grandparents who raised her, Perry and May Hall; two sisters, Donna Duncan and Sharon R. Babbs; and a brother, Rex Wells.
Survivors include a son, Robert A. (Bobby) Rinker Jr. of Hamilton, Ohio; three daughters, Bonnie L. Rinker of Seattle, Tamara L. Rinker of Georgetown, and Teresa K. Babcock of Depauw; three brothers, Ivan Nay of Tennessee, Richard Hensley of Milltown and Roger Hensley of Laconia; a sister, Cathy Benningfield of Corydon; six grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Visitation: Thursday, Dec. 29, from 4 to 8 p.m. and Friday, Dec. 30, after 9 a.m. at Brown Funeral Home in Milltown.
Funeral: Friday, Dec. 30, at 1 p.m. at the funeral home with interment in Danners Cemetery near Valeene.
Officiant: Brother Harvey McAdams.
