Hazel F. Sieg

Hazel Fitch Huffman Sieg, 95, Depauw, died Saturday, Dec. 10, 2016, at her home.
Born May 10, 1921, in Iron Hill, Ky., she was the daughter of the late Edgar T. and Bertha Dean Huffman.
She retired from the Census Bureau, where she was a statistical clerk, was a former cook for North Central High School and was a member of Galena Church of Christ.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John Russell Sieg; five siblings, Robert, Ralph and Kenneth Huffman, Ruth Marshall and Clarice Stewart.
Survivors include a son, Donald Sieg of Depauw; a daughter, Valerie Sieg of New Albany; seven grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation: Tuesday, Dec. 13, from 5 to 8 p.m. and Wednesday, Dec. 14, after noon at Love Funeral Home in Palmyra.
Funeral: Wednesday, Dec. 14, at 1 p.m. at the funeral home.
