Boyd G. Flock
Boyd G. Flock, 91, New Salisbury, died Thursday, Nov. 17, 2016, at Harrison Springs Health Campus in Corydon.
Born Aug. 26, 1925, at Ramsey, he was the son of the late George and Marjorie Alexander Flock.
He was a World War II Army veteran, a life member of Old Capitol VFW Post 2950 in Corydon, retired from B.F. Goodrich Chemical Co. in Louisville and a member of Central Barren United Methodist Church.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Vera Flock.
Survivors include his wife of 65 years, the former Charlotte L. Ferber; two sons, Dennis D. Flock (Linda) of New Salisbury and Rick B. Flock (Pamela) of Ramsey; a brother, Dale M. Flock (Carolyn) of Ramsey; four grandchildren, Stephen L. Flock (Amanda) of Corydon, Kevin R. Flock of Delphi, Kari L. Flock Hentrup (Tony) of Borden and Jamie G. Flock of Ramsey; and two great-grandchildren, Beau and Blair Hentrup.
Visitation: Saturday, Nov. 19, from 2 to 8 p.m. and Saturday, Nov. 20, after 10 a.m. at Swarens Funeral Home in Ramsey.
Funeral: Sunday, Nov. 20, at 2 p.m. at the funeral home with burial in Central Barren Cemetery.
The family suggests memorial gifts to Central Barren United Methodist Church.
