Gay Lillpop, 84, New Middletown, died Wednesday, Nov. 2, 2016, at Harrison County Hospital in Corydon.
Born March 15, 1932, near Corydon, she was the daughter of the late Harry Wilbur and Gladys Elizabeth Askren Green.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by four brothers, Delmar, Denny, Sonny and Butch Green, and a sister, Bonnie Chattaway.
Survivors include four daughters, Linda G. Endris Summers (Lucky), Kathie Emily (Jim) of Corydon and Jayme Schreck (Brian), all of Corydon, and Patty Marie Lillpop Taylor (Steve) of Coldwater, Miss.; a son, Brad Lillpop (Ann) of Corydon; a brother, Steve Dishman (Veronica) of Corydon; 12 grandchildren, Bill Summers (Melony), Tom Summers (Hope), Micky Miller (Matt), Marty Emily, B.J. Lillpop (Megan), Jenna Ernst (Michael), Matt, Dan, Ben and Sam Taylor and Clayton and Sydnie Schreck; and eight great-grandchildren, Dylan, Brandon and Paige Summers, Tyler Allen, Logan Humphrey, Bayleigh Lillpop and Nolan and Haleigh Ernst.
Visitation: Saturday, Nov. 5, from 3 to 8 p.m. at Beanblossom-Cesar Funeral Home in Corydon and Sunday, Nov. 6, after 1 p.m. at New Middletown United Methodist Church.
Funeral: Sunday, Nov. 6, at 3 p.m. at the church with burial in the church cemetery.
Officiant: The Rev. Mike McCarty.
Pallbearers: Bill, Tom, Dylan and Brandon Summers, Marty Emily, B.J. Lillpop, Matt, Dan, Ben and Sam Taylor, Clayton Schreck and Logan Humphrey.
