Adrian J. Miller

Adrian Joseph (A Jay) Miller, 92, Greenville, died Wednesday, Sept. 28, 2016.
Born March 15, 1924, he was the son of the late Adron and Myrtle Brown Miller.
He was a Navy veteran of World War II, retired from the United States Postal Service in Louisville] and a member of St. Michael’s Catholic Church in Bradford.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, the former Betty J. Briscoe.
Survivors include a son, William Bohannon (Janice) of Louisville; a daughter, Bonnie Kingrey of New Salisbury; 11 grandchildren, Sean Bohannon, John Bohannon, Beth Bohannon Baker (Howie), Brian Kingrey (Wilma), Lance Kingrey (Julie), Michael Kingrey, Joseph Kingrey, Kelsey Wilson (Malichi), Katlyn Gibson, Natasha Rauchmiller (Cam) and Ethan Rauchmiller; two great-grandchildren, Belle Rayne Kingrey and Will Bohannon; two nephews, Rich Weatherholt (Connie) and Harrold Weatherholt; many cousins and friends; and life-long friends Nathan and Betty Miller of Tell City.
Visitation: Friday, Sept. 30, from 3 to 8 p.m. and Saturday, Oct. 1, after 9 a.m. at Swarens Funeral Home in Ramsey.
Funeral: Saturday, Oct. 1, at 11 a.m. at St. Michael’s Catholic Church in Bradford with burial in the Palmyra Cemetery.
