Betty M. Engleman

Betty M. Pittman Engleman, 76, Laconia, died Friday, Aug. 26, 2016, at Floyd Memorial Hospital and Health Services in New Albany.
Born April 8, 1940, in Marengo, she was the daughter of the late Charles E. and Thelma M. Bullington Pittman.
She was a former certified nursing assistant at Indian Creek Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Corydon and a member of Bethany United Methodist Church.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Margaret Lee Engleman; a son, Delbert L. Engleman Sr.; a sister, Lelah Wiseman; and a brother, John F. Pittman.
Survivors include her husband, Delbert L. Engleman; two sons, Robert Wayne Engleman of Central and Johnny Earl Engleman of Laconia; a brother, Charles E. Pittman Jr. of Jacksonville, Fla.; a sister, Mary M. Morgan of English; four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Visitation: Sunday, Aug. 28, from 4 to 8 p.m. and Monday, Aug. 29, after 9 a.m. at Brown Funeral Home in Milltown.
Funeral: Monday, Aug. 29, at 1 p.m. at the funeral home with interment in Riddle Cemetery.
