Dolores A. Bachman

Dolores Ann (Dorie) Rake Bachman, 86, Lanesville, died Wednesday evening, Aug. 17, 2016.
Born Nov. 30, 1929, in Starlight, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Emma Leuthart Rake.
She was a long-time member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Lanesville.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, Herman (Junie) Bachman, on July 16, 2016.
Survivors include two children, Becky Kepley (Tim) and Tim Bachman (Kara); two sisters, Marcella Popp and Bernice Kleehamer; and three grandchildren, Brian Kepley, Dane Bachman, and Elaina Bachman.
Visitation: Sunday, Aug. 21, from noon to 6 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home in New Albany.
Funeral Mass: Monday, Aug. 22, at 11 a.m. at St. Mary’s Catholic Church Lanesville with burial in the church cemetery.
