Peggy Sue Hobbs, 45, Elizabeth, died Sunday, July 3, 2016, at Floyd Memorial Hospital and Health Services in New Albany.
Born Feb. 17, 1971, in Corydon, she was the daughter of Billy Ray and Loretta Luther Thompson.
She was a medical finance adviser for Rx Crossroads and a member of Trinity Assembly of God Church in Corydon.
Survivors besides her parents include her husband, Charles (Alan) Hobbs; a son, Devon Alan Hobbs; a daughter, Holly Marie Hobbs; a sister, Phyllis Marlene (Red) Macina (Rick), all of Elizabeth; her niece, Marlina Sue Waters of Charlestown, Ind.; and nephew, Samuel Patrick Macina of Elizabeth.
Visitation: Wednesday, July 6, from noon to 8 p.m. and Thursday, July 7, after 9 a.m. at Gehlbach & Royse Funeral Home in Corydon.
Funeral: Thursday, July 7, at 2 p.m. at the funeral home with burial in Rose Hill Cemetery in Elizabeth.
Officiant: Pastor Paul Greer.
Pallbearers: Harold Gardner, Travis Waters, Samuel Price, Austin McKinney and Alan and Michael Hobbs.
The family suggests memorial gifts to the American Cancer Society or the Brown Cancer Center.
