North Harrison will make its 12th appearance at the regional level, while South Central is making its eighth.
South Central has won two regional titles (2003, 2006), while North Harrison has won one (2003). The tournament run 10 years ago for South Central resulted in a state final appearance after winning the Southport Semi-state.
Charlestown Regional
North Harrison heads to the regional level of the Indiana High School Athletic Association tournament to play on a fellow Mid-Southern Conference member’s floor, Charlestown.

After Southridge knocked out the state’s top ranked team, Princeton (34-33), it fell to eventual sectional champ Vincennes Lincoln 48-39. The Alices also beat Pike Central (61-26) and Jasper (47-26).
Evansville Memorial romped through its sectional too, beating Heritage Hills (67-46), Mount Vernon (69-39) and Boonville (64-31).
