Dr. Stephen R. Folickman
Dr. Stephen Robert (DocFather) Folickman, 68, Corydon, died Saturday, Jan. 30, 2016, at his home.
Born May 30, 1947, in Patterson, N.J., he was the son of the late Abraham and Gladys Richman Folickman.
He was a retired podiatrist, a founding member and No. 3 of the original eight of the Iron Order Motorcycle Club, a founding member of the Iron Legacy Motorcycle Club and a Christian.
Survivors include his wife, the former Dana Windell; two sons, Seth Folickman (Ashley) of Louisville and Shea Folickman (Ashley) of Mannington, W.Va.; two daughters, Lisa Folickman Siegel (Josh) of New York City and Shannon Wiley (Ron) of Birmingham, Ala.; a stepdaughter, Caitlin Schmidt of Corydon; three brothers, Jay Folickman (Kim) of Pickerington, Ohio, Adam Folickman of New Hampshire and Michael Folickman of New York City; and four grandchildren, Jake, Luke, Parker and Amelia.
Celebration of Life: Saturday, Feb. 13, at 2 p.m. at his home near Corydon.
