Kenneth L. Quebbeman
Kenneth Lynn Quebbeman, 82, Corydon, died Thursday, Nov. 19, 2015, at Floyd Memorial Hospital and Health Services in New Albany.
Born July 16, 1933, in Corydon, he was the son of the late Roscoe Mitchell Quebbeman and Nettie Marie Cline Quebbeman.
He was an Army veteran of the Korean War, a welder, a member of the Lanesville Heritage Committee and was of the Christian faith.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, JoAnn Quebbeman; two brothers, Ray and Morris Quebbeman; and two sisters, Clara Townsend and Betty Schaffner.
Survivors include a son, Steven L. Quebbeman of Corydon; a stepson; Earl Fowler Jr. of New Albany; two sisters; Joan Gibson and Joyce Byerly, both of Corydon; two grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; and a step-great-granddaughter, Kenna Bullock.
Visitation: Sunday, Nov. 22, from noon to 8 p.m. and Monday, Nov. 23, after 9 a.m. at Beanblossom-Cesar Funeral Home in Corydon.
Funeral: Monday, Nov. 23, at 10 a.m. at the funeral home with burial in Pfrimmer’s Chapel Cemetery east of Corydon.
Officiant: Bill Stayton.
Pallbearers: Brandon Bullock, Jerry Gleitz, Jeff Byerly, Rick Quebbeman, Mike Best and Gary Townsend.
Honorary pallbearers: Bryan and Brett Schaffner, Tony Quebbeman, Norm Theriac and Charles Schnellberger.
