Mary F. Johnson

Mary Frances Johnson, 85, Depauw, died Saturday, Oct. 24, 2015.
Born Feb. 17, 1930, at Depauw, she was the daughter of the late Loran D. and Isabella Arnold Sieg.
She was a homemaker, a former custodian at the Harrison County Government Annex and a member of St. Rita’s Altar Society and St. Bernard Catholic Church in Frenchtown.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Maurice L. Johnson Sr.; a son, Neal Johnson; a daughter, Mary Lisa Johnson; a brother, Russell Sieg; and a sister, Ruby Sieg.
Survivors include three sons, Marty Johnson of Ramsey, Jim M. Johnson of Depauw and Bob Johnson of Corydon; two daughters, Carol and Anita Smith, both of Corydon; two brothers, Edward R. Sieg of Depauw and Charles Sieg of Mitchell; a sister, Geneva Crawford of Corydon; 14 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Visitation: Tuesday, Oct. 27, from 2 to 8 p.m., with a rosary at 7, and Wednesday, Oct. 28, after 8 a.m. at Swarens Funeral Home in Ramsey.
Funeral: Wednesday, Oct. 28, at 10 a.m. at St. Bernard Catholic Church in Frenchtown with burial in the church cemetery.
