Ella Mae Wallace

Ella Mae Wallace, 98, Corydon, died Thursday, Oct. 1, 2015, at Corydon Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
Born July 4, 1917, in Bessemer, Ala., she was the daughter of the late Alex and Mary Sims.
She was a member and missionary of St. Paul’s AME Church in Corydon.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by three daughters, Annie Mae Wallace, Fannie Mae Snyder and Janie Bell Morris; six brothers; and three sisters.
Survivors include her husband, Ed Wallace; a son, Eddie Wallace Jr. of Corydon; a sister, Alberta Germany of Cleveland, Ohio; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation: Monday, Oct. 5, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at St. Paul’s AME Church in Corydon.
Funeral: Monday, Oct. 5, at 2 p.m. at the church with burial in Cedar Hill Cemetery in Corydon.
Arrangement: Beanblossom-Cesar Funeral Home in Corydon.
