David Wayne Langdon, 51, Floyds Knobs, died Tuesday, June 30, 2015, at his home.
Born July 30, 1963, in Corydon, he was the son of the late Stewart Mitchell and Pauline Faith Langdon.
He was employed at Sonoco Products in New Albany and was an executive board member of the BCTGM Union local No. 33 in Louisville.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Carol Lynn Lewis, and a brother, Paul Alan Langdon.
Survivors include his wife, the former Shari Alice North; two sons, Joshua David Langdon of New Albany and Jaycob Todd Langdon of Floyds Knobs; a daughter, Amanda Gail Langdon of Corydon; two sisters, Polly Ann Diedrich of New Albany and Venita Gail House of Pekin; and two grandchildren.
Visitation: Thursday, July 2, from 2 to 8 p.m. and Friday, July 3, after 9 a.m. at Beanblossom-Cesar Funeral Home in Corydon.
Funeral: Friday, July 3, at 11 a.m. at the funeral home with burial in Crossroads Cemetery near Mauckport.
Officiant: Brother Jerry Goodwin.
Pallbearers: Ron Nicholson, Paul Schultz, Joe Carroll, Marvin House, John Payne and Roger Miller.
The family suggests memorial gifts to the American Cancer Society.
