Carol S. Saulman, 77, Corydon, died Friday, June 19, 2015, at her home.
Born April 14, 1938, in Corydon, she was the daughter of Katherine Violet Timberlake Rainbolt of New Albany and the late Robert S. Rainbolt.
She was the owner of Corydon Flower and Gift Shop and a member of Corydon Christian Church Disciples of Christ.
Besides her father, she was preceded in death by a grandson, Brent Monroe, and a brother, John Rainbolt.
Survivors in addition to her mother include her husband, Carl W. (Corky) Saulman; two sons, Bill and Mick Saulman, both of Corydon; a daughter, Carla Goble of Gulf Shores, Ala.; a sister, Bobbe Burke of Houston, Texas; seven grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
Visitation: Sunday, June 21, from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Monday, June 22, after 9 a.m. at Beanblossom-Cesar Funeral Home in Corydon.
Funeral: Monday, June 22, at 11 a.m. at the funeral home with burial in Oak Grove Cemetery west of Corydon.
Officiant: The Rev. Lori Miller-Price.
Pallbearers: Billy, Chris, Calvin and Casey Saulman, Kevin Gerdon and Rick Pflanz.
Honorary pallbearers: Brook Monroe Hopkins, Candace Gerdon and Cassidy Saulman.
The family suggests memorial gifts to Hosparus of Southern Indiana.
