Suellen Phillips, 73, Corydon, died Friday, May 29, 2015, at Floyd Memorial Hospital and Health Services in New Albany.
Born March 17, 1942, in New Albany, she was the daughter of the late Ellis and Alice Wheat Shuck.
She was retired a diagnostic technician at Harrison County Hospital in Corydon, a member of Corydon Presbyterian Church, where she was a former elder and served on the worship and fellowship committees, a board member of the Harrison County Artisan Center and a member of Tri Kappa.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charlie L. Phillips.
Survivors include two daughters, Cari Thomas of Cumberland Furnace, Tenn., and Christi Darnall of Corydon, and four grandchildren.
Visitation: Tuesday, June 2, from 1 to 8 p.m. at Beanblossom-Cesar Funeral Home in Corydon.
The family suggests memorial gifts to Corydon Presbyterian Church or the Harrison County Humane Society.
