Warren K. Yeager
Warren Keith (Cotton) Yeager, 76, Corydon, died Friday, April 3, 2015, at Beard’s Assisted Care near Laconia.
Born June 2, 1938, in Harrison County, he was the son of the late Howard and Dorothy Faith Yeager.
He was retired from Harrison County REMC and a member of the Old Capital Coon Hunters Club.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, the former Janice L. McCullum; two brothers, Ralph Richard and Ronnie Yeager; and two great-granddaughters, Marissa and Brynlee Summers.
Survivors include a son, Roger Yeager of Laconia; three daughters, Patty Smart of Corydon, Diana Heinze of Elizabeth and Michelle Tindall of Central; two brothers, Harold Yeager of Laconia and Carl Yeager of Corydon; a sister, Virginia Miller of Elizabeth; eight grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Visitation: Monday, April 6, from 1 to 8 p.m. and Tuesday, April 7, after 9 a.m. at Beanblossom-Cesar Funeral Home in Corydon.
Funeral: Tuesday, April 7, at 1 p.m. at the funeral home with burial in Otterbein Cemetery near Laconia.
Officiant: Pastor Pete Baumgartle.
Pallbearers: Zach Yeager, Nathan Heinze, Darrell Yeager, Jeff Gilley, Andy Smith, Dylan Howard, Gary Richard and Randy Yeager.
Honorary pallbearers: Justin Tindall and Brice Thornton.
The family suggests memorial gifts to the Otterbein Cemetery Fund.
