James A. Pinaire III

James A. (Jamie) Pinaire III, 24, Chatham, N.J., died Saturday, Dec. 6, 2014.
Born Aug. 16, 1990, in Mineola, N.Y., he was the son of Joan and James Pinaire Jr., formerly of Indiana.
While a student at Chatham High School, he was the quarterback of the football team, pitcher and outfielder on the baseball team and later was a substitute teacher at CHS. He graduated with a math degree from Muhlenberg College in 2012 and was working toward his teaching certification as a math teacher at Robert Treat Academy in Newark, N.J. He played in the Chatham Men’s Softball League and competed in Tough Mudder races, half marathons and completing the Spartan Trifecta.
Survivors besides his parents include two sisters, Megan and Kaitlin, and his grandparents, Genevieve and Walter Taverna and Bonnie and James Pinaire Sr.
Visitation: Thursday, Dec. 11, from 6 to 9 p.m. and Friday, Dec. 12, from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 9 p.m. at the Wm. A. Bradley & Son Funeral Home in Chatham.
Mass of Christian burial: Saturday, Dec. 13, at 12:15 p.m. at Corpus Christi Church in Chatham Township with internment at St. Vincent Martyr Cemetery in Madison.
