Coralyn F. Johnson

Coralyn Floreta Johnson, 89, Depauw, formerly of Shreveport, La., died Saturday, Nov. 22, 2014 at her home.
Born Aug. 10, 1925, in Jackson, Miss., she was the daughter of the late Ila Ashley and Fred Harvey.
In Shreveport, she served as the secretary of The First Presbyterian Church for 14 years and 14 more years as the secretary of Agudath Achim Synagogue from which she retired and was a member of The First Presbyterian Church in Shreveport.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Herbert D. Johnson, in 1987.
Survivors include a son, Larry Johnson of Ramsey; a sister, Lula Hodge of Shreveport; three grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Visitation: Tuesday, Nov. 25, from 4 to 7 p.m. at Swarens Funeral Home in Ramsey.
Funeral: Tuesday, Nov. 25, at 7 p.m. at the funeral home with a graveside service and burial at a later date in Forest Park Cemetery in Shreveport.
Officiant: The Rev. Jeff Reed.
