The festival will offer live entertainment all day, featuring:
‘Fremont John from 2 to 4:30 p.m. ‘ Fremont John’s solo live performance is a relaxed and comfortable way to kick back and enjoy the music. Whether it’s a remake of a classic or an original selection, the guitar work is sure to please and the stories surrounding the songs are entertaining. Add to it his penchant for taking the classic songs we all know and creating them in his own style and you have a captivating show of musical ability.
‘The Salty Dawgs from 5 to 8 p.m. ‘ The Salty Dawgs are an acoustic variety trio from Southern Indiana who provide music for most any occasion. These local musicians cover many of the classic artists from the Beatles, Rolling Stones, Jimmy Buffet, George Benson, Linda Ronstadt and more.
This year’s festival is sponsored by Cellar on the Square, Point Blank Brewing Co., the Harrison County Convention & Visitors Bureau, Longbottom & Hardsaw and Eckart LLC.
