Archie D. Curts

Archie D. Curts, 88, Corydon, died Saturday, April 5, 2014, at Corydon Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Corydon.
Born March 13, 1926, in Corydon, he was the son of the late Ray and Fernie Cunningham Curts.
He was an electrician, a member of Old Capitol United Methodist Church in Corydon and a Navy veteran.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, the former Alice Belle Feller; two daughters, Susan G. Stevens and Jan E. Curts; and three sisters, Vernice Feller, Mildred Fisher and Donnie Fessel.
Survivors include a daughter, Rita L. Neff of Crandall; a sister, Edith Davis; five grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild.
Visitation: Sunday, April 6, from 2 to 8 p.m. and Monday, April 7, after 9 a.m. at Beanblossom-Cesar Funeral Home in Corydon.
Funeral: Monday, April 7, at 11 a.m. at the funeral home with burial in Cedar Hill Cemetery in Corydon.
Officiant: The Rev. Jim Higdon.
Pallbearers: Stephen Neff, Leroy Lewis, Edwin Hall, Harlan Fisher, Larry Fessel and Joe Rosbottom.
The family suggests memorial gifts to the Memorial Fund at Old Capitol United Methodist Church in Corydon.
