Millie D. Woolems

Millie Deann Melton Woolems, 45, English, died Saturday, March 1, 2014, at Norton Hospital in Louisville.
Born July 31, 1968, in Corydon, she was the daughter of J.D. Melton and Nelda Montgomery Goodson.
She was a former teacher’s aide at Paoli High School and attended English Wesleyan Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Brent Woolems.
Survivors besides her parents include a son, Joshua A. Woolems of Huntingburg; a daughter, Leah Beth Woolems of English; two brothers, Teddy Melton of Daytona Beach, Fla., and Cord Goodson of English; and a sister, Kayla Goodson of English.
Graveside service: Friday, March 7, at 11 a.m. at El Bethel Cemetery near Milltown.
Officiant: The Rev. Philo Jones officiated.
Arrangements: Brown Funeral Home in Milltown.
The family suggests memorial gifts to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses.
