Lillian F. Mosier

Lillian (June) Frederick Mosier, 90, Palmyra, died Saturday, Nov. 9, 2013, at Kindred Transitional Care and Rehabilitation ‘ Harrison in Corydon.
Born Dec. 22, 1922, in Terre Haute, she lived with her parents, the late Carl and Pearl Frederick, in South Dakota before returning to Indiana during the Dust Bowl years.
She helped raise her seven brothers and sisters before her mother died when she was 13. She married the late Theodore Endres and raised two daughters, Pearl Schuman of Wichita, Kan., and Doris Smith of Palmyra. She then married the late Kenneth Mosier and raised a son, Dennis Mosier of Houston, Texas. She was a firm believer in the grace of God.
Survivors include her children; three grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren, as well as many who called her their ‘second mom.’
Besides her parents and two husbands, she was preceded in death by three brothers, a sister and a grandchild.
Visitation: Monday, Nov. 11, from 4 to 8 p.m. and Tuesday, Nov. 12, after 9 a.m. at Love Funeral Home in Palmyra.
Funeral: Tuesday, Nov. 12, at 11 a.m. at the funeral home.
