Faye R. Cunningham

Faye Ruby Cunningham, 101, Corydon, died Thursday, Sept.
26, 2013.
Born Jan. 15, 1912, near Crandall, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Ella O. Stevens Sims.
She was a former operator for the old Crandall telephone exchange, a former employee of the powder plant at Charlestown, retired from the old Columbia Manufacturing Co. in Louisville and was a member of Lincoln Hills Christian Church in Corydon.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jesse C. Cunningham.
Survivors include a son, Jesse David Cunningham of New Albany; a daughter, Linda Wiseman of Corydon; five grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
Visitation: Saturday, Sept. 28, from 4 to 8 p.m. and Sunday, Sept. 29, after 10 a.m. at Swarens Funeral Home in Ramsey.
Funeral: Sunday, Sept. 29, at 2 p.m. at the funeral home with burial in Cedar Hill Cemetery in Corydon.
