Willard M. House

Willard Melvin House, 86, Leavenworth, died Saturday, July 6, 2013, at his home.
Born Sept. 23, 1926, in Crawford County, he was the son of the late Otto and Anna Zahn House.
He was a former supervisor for Keller Manufacturing Co., an Army veteran of World War II and a former member of the Crawford County Saddle Club.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by four brothers, Elmer, Robert, Emery Otto Jr. and Franklin House, and a granddaughter, Angela House.
Survivors include his wife, the former Sue Miller; two sons, Danny House of Marengo and Curtis House of Depauw; three daughters, Debbie Jones of Milltown, Mary Jo Walker of Sellersburg and Rhonda Harris of Ludwice, Ga.; 12 grandchildren; 14-great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation: Tuesday, July 9, from 4 to 8 p.m. and Wednesday, July 10, after 9 a.m. at Brown Funeral Home in Milltown.
Funeral: Wednesday, July 10, at 1 p.m. at the funeral home with burial in Everdon Cemetery.
Officiant: Brother Sam Bockting.
