Rozella McKim, 90, Laconia, died Tuesday, May 28, 2013, at Indian Creek Health & Rehabilitation Center in Corydon.
Born Dec. 30, 1922, in Harrison County, she was the daughter of the late Strother Alva and Nancy Applegate Jacobs.
She attended Rehoboth Presbyterian Church near Laconia.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John O. McKim; two sons, James E. and Roy McKim; a daughter, Judy Miller; seven brothers, Carl, Noel, John, Adrian, Lonnie, Will and Jim; and three sisters, Alma, Sylvia and Ramona.
Survivors include a son, John F. McKim of Corydon; five daughters, Sharon Brown of Corydon, Nancy Wiseman of Jeffersonville, Debbie Brown of Elizabeth, Middy True of Danville, Ky., and Rebecca Snook of Georgetown; three brothers, Earl C. Jacobs of Shepherdsville, Ky., Darrell R. Jacobs of Elizabeth and Wayne K. Jacobs of New Albany; a sister, Wanda F. Coe of New Albany; 16 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
Visitation: Friday, May 31, from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturday, June 1, after 9 a.m. at Beanblossom-Cesar Funeral Home in Corydon.
Funeral: Saturday, June 1, at 11 a.m. at the funeral home with burial in Central Cemetery.
