Lady Cats belt 4 HRs in 3 games

Last week, the North Harrison softball team flexed some power over two days.
In a 10-7, eight-inning victory at Mid-Southern Conference rival Silver Creek on Thursday, Brooke Lamon knocked a home run, driving in three runs. It was a big day at the plate for Lamon, who finished with three hits.
Kaylin Bright and Aspen Luther chipped in two hits each.
Earning the win in the circle was Brittany Rudolph.
Turning around to Saturday, the Lady Cats split a doubleheader at Henryville.
Henryville won the opening game, 5-3, despite Melanie Johnson and Bright having two hits each for the Lady Cats.
In game two, North Harrison piled on the runs, many via the long ball.
Bright continued her hot streak, collecting four hits, including a homer. Teammate Kendra Lambert got in on the action, hitting a grand slam to go with her five-RBI game. Also knocking one out was Johnson.
Lamon had three hits, including a two-bagger, while Jourdan McAfee had a pair of singles in the win.
Rudolph picked up the win.
The Lady Cats will return home tomorrow (Thursday) to face MSC foe Austin at 5:30 p.m.
