Anna Louise Cavins, 85, Corydon, died Saturday, April 13, 2013, at the home of her niece.
Born Feb. 21, 1928, in Elizabeth, she was the daughter of the late Samuel Harrison Sr. and Mary Agnes Livers Riley.
She was a homemaker and a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Corydon, where she was a member of the quilters club.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John Clayton Cavins; a son, Jeffrey Cavins; three sisters; and five brothers.
Survivors include a daughter, Lori Ann Hanks of Tell City, and two grandchildren.
Visitation: Monday, April 15, from 2 to 8 p.m. and Tuesday, April 16, after 9 a.m. at Gehlbach & Royse Funeral Home in Corydon.
Funeral Mass: Tuesday, April 16, at 11 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Corydon with burial in the church cemetery.
Celebrant: Father Rob Hankee.
The family suggests memorial gifts to her church.
