J. Kenneth Neukam
James Kenneth (Kenney) Neukam, 70, Corydon, died Sunday, March 24, 2013, at his home.
Born July 19, 1942, in Corydon, he was the son of the late Oliver H. and Edna Mae Creech Neukam.
He was retired from the Ford Motor Co. Kentucky Truck Plant in Louisville, was employed in the genealogy department at the Harrison County Public Library, was a member of Gethsemane Lutheran Church near Corydon, the Harrison County Cemetery Restoration Team, the Friends of the Harrison County Public Library and the UAW Local No. 862 in Louisville and was an Air Force veteran.
Survivors include a son, James Kent Neukam of Zoe, Ky.; a daughter, Jodee A. King of Zoe; three sisters, Ann Crosier of Corydon, Carolyn Neely of Social Circle, Ga., and Janet Sue Brown of Independence, Ky.; three grandchildren; and a great-grandson.
Visitation: Saturday, March 30 from noon to 2 p.m. at Gethsemane Lutheran Church west of Corydon.
Memorial service: Saturday, March 30, at 2 p.m. at the church with burial in the church cemetery.
Officiant: Pastor Robyn Kistemaker.
The family suggests memorial gifts to the Gethsemane Cemetery Fund.
