Dorothy J. Coleman

Dorothy Jean Burrell Coleman, 82, Leavenworth, died Monday, Dec. 10, 2012, at Todd-Dickey Nursing and Rehab Center in Leavenworth.
Born Aug. 6, 1930, in Leavenworth, she was the daughter of the late Richard W. and Mary Herbaugh Burrell.
She was a former employee of the O-Hi-View Hatchery in Leavenworth and was a homemaker.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, George Oscar Coleman Jr.; a brother, Richard L. Burrell; and a sister, Gertie Burrell Herbrandson.
Survivors include five children, Randy, Ronnie Sr. and Cindy K. Coleman, all of Leavenworth and Bill Coleman and Karen Feller, both of Corydon; a brother, James Burrell of Scottsburg; eight grandchildren; four step-grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and eight step-great-grandchildren.
Visitation: Friday, Dec. 14, from 2 to 8 p.m. and Saturday, Dec. 15, after 10 a.m. at Brown Funeral Home in Milltown.
Funeral: Saturday, Dec. 15, at 1 p.m. at the funeral home with interment in Leavenworth Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
Officiant: Pastor Randy Coleman.
Pallbearers: Mike and Ronnie Coleman Jr., Tony Drury, Jeremy and Shawn Lahue and Derrick Presley.
The family suggests memorial gifts to Hosparus of Southern Indiana.
