Kenneth A. Flock

Kenneth A. Flock, 78, Ramsey, died Thursday, Dec. 13, 2012, at his home.
Born Feb. 18, 1934, near Ramsey, he was the son of the late Noble H. and Ada E. Wurm Flock.
He was a lifelong farmer, milking cows for 42 years, a lifelong member of the Democrat party, a member of Unity Chapel United Methodist Church near Ramsey and Farm Bureau, a former Farm Bureau CO-OP board member, Spencer Township Advisory Board, Harrison County Soil & Water Conservation District Master Farmer, North Harrison Community School Holding Corp., Harrison County Board of Health and Ramsey-Spencer Grange and an honored Hoosier Homestead farmer.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by two siblings, Claude Flock and Helen Hickman.
Survivors include his wife, the former Alice Chinn; a son, Mike Flock of Ramsey; two daughters, Marsha L. Flock of Corydon and Susie Flock Weigle of Ramsey; two sisters, Violet and Ethel Davis, both of Ramsey; and a granddaughter.
Visitation: Friday, Dec. 14, from 2 to 8 p.m. and Saturday, Dec. 15, after 10 a.m. at Swarens Funeral Home in Ramsey.
Funeral: Saturday, Dec. 15, at 1 p.m. at the funeral home with burial in Wood’s Chapel Cemetery at Ramsey.
The family suggests memorial gifts to the A.L.S Foundation (Lou Gehrig’s disease) or Wood’s Chapel Cemetery.
