Lee R. Webb
Lee R. Webb, 86, Elizabeth, died Wednesday, Aug. 8, 2012, at Floyd Memorial Hospital and Health Services in New Albany.
Born Aug. 25, 1925, in Louisville, he was the son of the late Otis and Anna Lee Cundiff Webb.
He was a stainless steel worker at Vulcan-Hart in Louisville.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Carl and Otis Jr. Webb, and a sister, Myrtle Donelson.
Survivors include his wife, the former Carol Sailer; six sons, Ronnie Lee and Kenny Wayne Webb, both of Louisville, Paul C. Harvey Sr. of New Albany, Marcus R. Harvey of Harrisburg, Ky., Barry Webb of Elizabeth and Timothy Webb of Bufford, Texas; seven daughters, Penny Sue Webb Bryant of Louisville, Dorothy Webb of Akron, Ohio, Patricia Jane Webb of Cincinnati, Melanie Dawn McMillen of Bedford, Brenda Young of Walkerton, Carol Webb of Elizabeth and Leann Szydlo of Bartlett, Ill.; a sister, Mildred Slemp of Plymouth; 28 grandchildren; and 36 great-grandchildren.
Visitation: Friday, Aug. 10, from 3 to 8 p.m. and Saturday, Aug. 11, after 9 a.m. at Gehlbach & Royse Funeral Home in Corydon.
Funeral: Saturday, Aug. 11, at 10 a.m. at the funeral home with entombment in Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park in New Albany.
Officiant: Pastor Russell Perry.
