Stephen A. Gettelfinger

Stephen A. Gettelfinger, 52, Salem, died Monday, April 9, 2012, at Indiana University Medical Center in Indianapolis.
Born Jan. 9, 1960, in New Albany, he was the son of Cletus H. and Priscilla A. Briscoe Gettelfinger.
He was a long-time farmer.
Survivors besides his parents include his wife of 28 years, the former Theresa J. (TJ) Beach; five children, Michael, Kelsey, Nathaniel, Tressa and Carissa Gettelfinger; nine siblings, Bernadette Irish, Chris Gettelfinger, Michelle Whittaker, Matthew Gettelfinger, Roxanne Lambert, Joy Sill, Andria Renfrow, Meritha Corzatt and Alex Gettelfinger; and a grandmother, Elizabeth Briscoe.
Visitation: Wednesday, April 11, from 4 to 8 p.m. and Thursday, April 12, from 2 to 8 p.m., with a rosary at 4, at St. Michael’s Catholic Church in Bradford.
Funeral Mass: Friday, April 13, at 10:30 a.m. at the church with burial in the church cemetery.
Arrangements: Newcomer Funeral Home in New Albany.
