Mary F. Simcoe

Mary Fay Simcoe, 88, Corydon, died Wednesday, Nov. 23, 2011, at Harrison Health & Rehabilitation Centre in Corydon.
Born April 8, 1923, in Harrison County, she was the daughter of the late Ben R. and Ollie Mauck Hisey.
She was a retired nursing assistant at Harrison County Hospital in Corydon and a member of Oak Grove United Methodist Church west of Corydon.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Chester A. Simcoe; a son, Jerome Simcoe; a daughter, Elizabeth (Betty) Bary; two grandsons, Tim and Bryan Bary; and a sister, Ruth Van Natta.
Survivors include a son, Gary R. Simcoe of Corydon; 12 grandchildren; and many great- and great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation: Saturday, Nov. 26, from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sunday, Nov. 27, after 9 a.m. at Beanblossom-Cesar Funeral Home in Corydon.
Funeral: Sunday, Nov. 27, at 12:30 p.m. at the funeral home with burial in Cedar Hill Cemetery in Corydon.
Officiant: The Rev. Larry Hensley.
Pallbearers: James B. and Robert Simcoe, Greg, Jeff and Jerry Bary and Scott Simcox.
The family suggests memorial gifts to Oak Grove United Methodist Church.
