Hazel Anna Mueller, 96, Corydon, died Friday, July 29, 2011, at her home.
Born Dec. 5, 1914, in Lawson, Mo., she was the daughter of the late William L. and Flora Loop Swank.
She was a former co-owner of Holiday Liquors in Corydon and a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Corydon.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John Martin Mueller; a son, John Anthony Mueller; a great-grandson, John Edward Mueller; four brothers, William and Oliver Swank and Harold and Leonard Bonham; and four sisters, Kay Holiday, Helen Muzuch, Twila Bonham Raftu and Laura Stuart.
Survivors include a son, William Mueller Sr. of Corydon; a daughter, Mary K. Jackson of Hammond; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Visitation: Tuesday, Aug. 2, from 1 to 8 p.m., with a rosary service at 7, and Wednesday, Aug. 3, after 8 a.m. at Beanblossom-Cesar Funeral Home in Corydon.
Funeral Mass: Wednesday, Aug. 3, at 10 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Corydon with burial in the church cemetery.
Officiant: Father Robert Hankee.
Pallbearers: William Mueller Jr., Michael Mueller, David Jackson, Turner Muzuch, Michael Swank, Jack Ogles and Jim Holtman.
The family suggests memorial gifts to St. Joseph Catholic School.
