Larry E. Lynch, 57, Corydon, died Thursday, June 23, 2011, at his home.
Born Aug. 14, 1953, in Corydon, he was the son of Charles E. and Anna M. Patterson Lynch of Corydon.
He was a 1971 graduate of Corydon Central High School, where he lettered in baseball and basketball, was retired from Ford Motor Co. in Louisville and was a member of the UAW Local No. 862 and The Sons of Confederate Veterans.
He was preceded in death by two daughters, Jerica Ann Lynch Spencer and Miranda I. Schmidt.
Survivors besides his parents include his wife, the former Sara J. Hollingsworth; a daughter, Erica L. Lynch of Alton; two stepsons, Travis Lawson of New Salisbury and Ben Lawson of Corydon; a brother, Donnie Lynch Sr. of Corydon; two sisters, Margaret A. Loehr of Boonville and Barbara R. Hart of Corydon; three grandchildren; and nine step-grandchildren.
Visitation: Sunday, June 26, from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Monday, June 27, after 9 a.m. at Beanblossom-Cesar Funeral Home in Corydon.
Funeral: Monday, June 27, at 11 a.m. at the funeral home with burial in Blue River Chapel Cemetery west of Corydon.
Officiant: Pastor Mike Collins.
Pallbearers: David Simon, Dennis Faith, Eric Fisher, Bruce LaHue, Kirk Gillenwaters and Craig Lewis.
