Diane K. Turner

Diane Kay Turner, 64, Elizabeth, passed away Monday, June 6, 2011, at Clark Memorial Hospital in Jeffersonville.
Born Nov. 7, 1946, in Elizabeth, she was the daughter of the late Kenneth and Hazel Walther Schoen.
She was a resident of Clark County Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, a homemaker and a member of TOPS in Clarksville and of St. John’s Lutheran Church near Lanesville, where she was involved in the Martha Circle.
Survivors include a son, Bradley Turner of Augusta, Ga.; a daughter, Tina Turner of Elizabeth; four brothers, Ronald, Russell and Richard Schoen, all of Elizabeth, and Kevin Schoen of Dayton, Ohio; three sisters, Karen Schoen of Lanesville, Elaine Allen of Shepherdsville, Ky., and Denise McKnight of Elizabeth; two grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
Visitation: Tuesday, June 7, from 4 to 8 p.m., Wednesday, June 8, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Thursday, June 9, after 9 a.m. at Gehlbach & Royse Funeral Home in Corydon.
Funeral: Thursday, June 9, at 11 a.m. at St. John’s Lutheran Church with burial in the church cemetery.
Officiant: Pastor Christopher Truelsen.
The family suggests memorial gifts to Amedysis Hospice of Jeffersonville.
