Treasy L. Dodds Seifert, 94, Corydon, died Friday, May 20, 2011, at Westminster Health Care Center in Clarksville.
Born Dec. 14, 1916, in Harrison County, she was the daughter of the late Albert A. and Myrtle Flock Reising.
She was a member of Pfrimmer’s Chapel United Methodist Church near Corydon.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husbands, Frank Seifert and Billy C. Dodds; a son, Billy F. Dodds; three brothers, Charles, Thomas and Frank Reising; and three sisters, Myrtle Bill, Matilda Cotner and Ethel Hayden.
Survivors include a son, Carl R. Dodds of Corydon; two daughters, Betty C. North of Lineville, Ala., and Shirley F. Owen of Floyds Knobs; a brother, Louis Reising of Corydon; two sisters, Annis Cline and Jean Ingle, both of Corydon; seven grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and 16 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation: Monday, May 23, from 1 to 8 p.m. and Tuesday, May 24, after 9 a.m. at Beanblossom-Cesar Funeral Home in Corydon.
Funeral: Tuesday, May 24, at 11 a.m. at the funeral home with burial in Cedar Hill Cemetery in Corydon.
Officiant: Pastor Tim Johnson.
Pallbearers: Stephen North, Michael North, Robert Dodds, Douglas Dodds, Roger Owen, Christopher Dodds, Cody Lemond, Billy North and Stephen North.
