Albert L. Gibson Jr.

Albert Lee Gibson Jr., 68, Georgetown, died Thursday, April 28, 2011, at Kentuckiana Medical Center in Clarksville.
Born Nov. 14, 1942, in Louisville, he was the son of the late Albert Lee and Norma Harlan Gibson.
He was an Air Force veteran, a lineman for LG&E and a member of Georgetown Christian Church.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Wayne Edward Gibson.
Survivors include his wife, Dorothy Florence Gibson; a son, Mickey Gibson of Raleigh, N.C.; a daughter, Shelly Haworth of Lanesville; three brothers, Michael Gibson of Brandenburg, Thomas Gibson of Corydon and Garry Gibson of New Albany; and eight grandchildren.
Visitation: Sunday, May 1, from noon to 8 p.m. and Monday, May 2, from 9 to 11 a.m. at Gehlbach & Royse Funeral Home in Georgetown.
Funeral: Monday, May 2, at 11 a.m. at the funeral home with burial in Wolfe Cemetery.
