Orlan L. Lopp
Orlan Louis Lopp, 70, Greenville, died Sunday, April 10, 2011, at his home.
Born April 9, 1941, in Floyd County, he was the son of the late Orlan Edmond and Della Sampson Lopp.
He was a retired Navy Seabee and a member of the First Capital Christian Church in Corydon.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife, the former Mary Ann Parrott.
Survivors include his wife, the former Connie Duvall; two children, Michael Shawn Lopp of Hedgesville, W.Va., and Orlan Ray Lopp of Riverside, Calif.; two stepchildren, Randa S. Korte of Pekin and Michael F. Brown of Palmyra; six brothers, Paul, Wayne, Roger, Tony, Robert (Timmy) and James Lopp; three sisters, Patricia Barker, Faye Lally and Judy Summers; five step-grandchildren; and three step-great-grandchildren.
Visitation: Wednesday, April 13, from 5 to 8 p.m. and Thursday, April 14, after 8 a.m. at Gehlbach & Royse Funeral Home in Georgetown.
Funeral: Thursday, April 14, at 10 a.m. at the funeral home.
Burial will be private at a later date.
