Jackie L. Mattingly

Jackie L. Mattingly, 75, Corydon, died Monday, Dec. 13, 2010, at the Franklin (Ky.) Medical Center.
Born Dec. 18, 1934, in Louisville, he was the son of the late Russell and Mattie Nall Mattingly.
He was retired from Brown & Williamson in Louisville, was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars and was an Army veteran of the Korean War.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, the former Viola Peters, and a brother, James R. Mattingly.
Survivors include three sons, Larry, Garry and Butch Mattingly, all of Corydon; a sister, Joann Skaggs of Corydon; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Visitation: Thursday, Dec. 16, from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Friday, Dec. 17, after 9 a.m. at Beanblossom-Cesar Funeral Home in Corydon.
Funeral: Friday, Dec. 17, at 2 p.m. at the funeral home with burial in Cedar Hill Cemetery in Corydon.
Pallbearers: Larry, Garry, Butch, Aaron and Kyle Mattingly and Frank Crosier.
