Darrell G. Crowe

Darrell G. Crowe, 54, Elizabeth, died early Friday morning, May 7, 2010, at his home.
He was enlisted in the Army, a member of Eastside Christian Church and a longtime mentor and friend of Special Olympics.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Claude and Nancy Elizabeth Crowe; two brothers, Warren Crow and John Crowe; and a son, Scotty Crowe.
Survivors include his wife, Beverly Crowe; two sons, Matthew Crowe of Elizabeth and Shaun Logsdon of New Albany; four daughters, Amanda Kerns and Maranda Drane, both of Elizabeth, and Rachael and Erin Logsdon, both of New Albany; a brother, Richard Crowe of Salem; a sister, Annie Smith of Otisco; and five grandchildren.
Visitation: Monday, May 10, from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Tuesday, May 11, after 9 a.m. at the Market Street Chapel of Seabrook, Dieckmann, & Naville Funeral Home in New Albany.
Funeral: Tuesday, May 11, at 11 a.m. at the funeral home with burial in Walnut Ridge Cemetery.
The family suggests memorial gifts to Special Olympics.
