Phillis Dawn McCutcheon, 51, New Salisbury, died Sunday, April 4, 2010, at her home.
Born Aug. 31, 1958, in Sedalia, Mo., to the late Herman L. Sr. and Doris Wright Cotner.
She was formerly employed at ICON Metal forming in Corydon and a member of Wesley Chapel United Methodist Church near Mauckport.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her stepmother, Gwen Cotner, and a sister, Jeanette Williams.
Survivors include her fianc’, Brian D. Heilig of New Salisbury; a son, Shane Heilig of New Salisbury; two daughters, Kristy L. McCutcheon and Kerry D. Uhl, both of New Salisbury; a stepson, Brandon Heilig of New Salisbury; three brothers, Les Cotner of New Amsterdam, Donald Nowlin of Chickasha, Okla., and Bill Smith of Las Vegas, Nev.; three sisters, Cathy Cotner-Coffman of Corydon, Terry Kapp of New Albany and Cathy Plowman of Vine Grove, Ky.; and five grandchildren.
Memorial service: Saturday, April 10, at 4 p.m. at her church.
Arrangements: Beanblossom-Cesar Funeral Home in Corydon.
