Noble E. Hubbard

Noble Eugene Hubbard, 82, Corydon, died Thursday, April 1, 2010, at Floyd Memorial Hospital and Health Services in New Albany.
Born July 2, 1927, in Bedford, he was the son of the late Noble H. and Florie V. Mahoney Hubbard.
He was a retired electrician from General Motors, Chevrolet Division, in Indianapolis, a former stone cutter for Bedford Limestone Co., a former member of Valley Mills Christian Church in Indianapolis, a 50-year member of the Masonic lodge and a member of Georgetown Lodge No. 480 FA&M and Lincoln Hills Christian Church in Corydon.
Survivors include his wife, the former Joan Wolfe; two sons, Rick Hubbard of Brooklyn and Paul (Mac) Hubbard of Indianapolis; a daughter, Jeana Aranjo of Avon; a stepson, Douglas E. Craig of Placentia, Calif.; four stepdaughters, Sue E. Branham of New Albany, Leah A. Kaczmark and Patricia J. Schutz, both of Baraboo, Wis., and Edwina (Wendy) M. Shingleton of Sellersburg; a brother, Carl L. Hubbard of New Jersey; a sister, Bessie Agnes Edwards of Bedford; 18 grandchildren; and 21 great-grandchildren.
Funeral: Monday, April 5, at Swarens Funeral Home in Ramsey with burial Tuesday, April 6, in Greenlawn Cemetery in Franklin.
